What is a life coach? Can’t I just figure this out on my own?

While it’s possible to figure things out on your own, it can be challenging and overwhelming to tackle without guidance and support. How do I know which package is best for my personal circumstances?
Choosing the right package depends on your personal circumstances and what kind of support you need. If you’re looking for more personalized attention and are deep in the throws of overwhelm and burnout, the 1:1 coaching package may be the best fit for you.
If you’re someone who specifically wants accountability, the Voxer support package may be the right choice for you, as it allows you to reach out for text support six days a week but doesn’t include the coaching calls.
However, if you’re just looking for immediate support or accountability in one or two areas, the individual sessions may be a good fit for you, though I recommend one of the other packages for more sustainable results.
